WHAT WE DO WHILE YOUR OUT OF TOWN :
Regular Monitoring Visits (Weekly or Bi-weekly):
Walk through entire property (interior and exterior)
Check HVAC system running properly, verify thermostat settings
Inspect for leaks (faucets, toilets, under sinks, water heater)
Look for frozen pipe risks in extreme cold
Check roof for storm damage or ice dams
Verify security (doors/windows locked, no signs of intrusion)
Test smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms
Collect mail if needed
Run water to prevent drain trap drying
Document everything with photos sent to you
