About Chagrin Valley Handyman

Chagrin Valley Handyman is a handyman service and licensed general contractor in the Chagrin Valley, east of Cleveland, Ohio. We take small repairs and larger projects in homes across Geauga, Cuyahoga, Lake and Summit counties. Jason is the person you deal with, from calling or texting you back to setting the time and talking the job through.

Where we work

We work in Geauga, Cuyahoga, Lake and Summit counties, within about 15 miles of Chagrin Falls. Our home area is 8 Chagrin Valley towns: Chagrin Falls, Bentleyville, Moreland Hills, Hunting Valley, Gates Mills, Russell Township, South Russell, Chester Township. How pricing works

Two ways, depending on the size of the job. Small jobs are hourly: a $75 service call covers the trip and the first half hour on site, then handyman and repair work runs $75/hr and electrical and plumbing work runs $125/hr. Larger jobs are priced as a whole, with one number agreed before the work is booked. The same rates apply in every town we serve. Worked examples are on what a handyman costs.

Licence and insurance

Chagrin Valley Handyman is a licensed general contractor and is $1M insured. We do most electrical and plumbing work ourselves and bring in a licensed electrician or plumber where a job calls for it. How a job works

1. Tell us about the job. Request a visit online, or call or text (440) 485-4021. A photo of the problem helps.
2. Jason gets back to you. Jason calls or texts to ask any questions and set a time that works for you.
3. You know the price before work starts. Small jobs are a $75 service call plus our hourly rate past the first half hour. Bigger jobs get a flat quote after a free video call, and you agree to it before anything is scheduled.
4. We do the work. We do most of it ourselves and bring in a licensed electrician or plumber where a job calls for it.
5. You get an itemized bill. Handyman time and electrical or plumbing time are listed separately at their own rates.
